Can I receive my invoices electronically?
Yes, We currently offer two options. Either by e-mail and/or online access.

How can I access my account online?
You may send an email to josea@munroelectric.com or contact your Munro salesperson. You will receive an email with with your login ID and password. This information is used on the Your Account Tab located at the top right hand corner of our website.

What are the benefits of having an online account?
Access to your account provides you with up to the second account information, pricing, inventory, invoices, product images and specs, specials and much more.

Can I purchase products without an online account?
Yes. Please use the shop online button above, and continue shopping without account option.

I'm having problems with my Firex smoke alarm. Who do I call?

How do I return an item to Munro ?
You can bring your return items to our counter. Our sales staff will process your return. You may also contact your salesperson, who will write up a return authorization and schedule a return date for the items. Munro may charge a restocking fee on certain returns such as special orders and nonstocks. You may also return and item via UPS howerver an RMA will be needed. Please include a copy of your receipt with your package.
