Munro Electrical Return Policy

Any product may be returned to us within 15 days for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling). In order to qualify for a full refund, all products must be in an unopened condition, undamaged and resalable. Some products will have a restock charge. You must also have return authorization. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by UPS , FEDEX  etc.  All packages are packed according to UPS, FEDEX guidelines.  You must contact UPS or FEDEX for any damage claims. 

You are responsible for the shipping cost to deliver the product back to us. If we find that the product cannot be restocked and/or resold, then we will not give a refund. This   is at our discretion. As long as an item has not been opened this is generally not a problem.
